THE ADVICE INTEGRATOR
  Facilitating Better Decisions
The Advice Integrator is a guided collaborative process that addresses a complexity challenge on both sides of the Advisor-Client relationship.

The result: better decisions

Advisors:
  • Existing problem: Advisors focus in their own discipline. They often have no time left to address their Clients' other needs.
Clients:
  • Existing problem: the increasing complexity of their business and personal affairs and the "grey area" between Advisors.
Why have we created the Advice Integrator?
Both Advisors and Clients have specific problems with the status quo.

Advisors are telling us that:
  • It takes all their time to serve Clients' immediate core business needs.
  • Clients' consistently have business or personal needs which individual Advisors are unable to meet.
  • When Advisors do try to address those unmet needs, it is usually at a cost to their bottom line.
  • As a result, Advisors may ignore what they can't solve.
  • Decisions made in isolation of the big picture may not be effective.
  • This leaves Advisors feeling as though they’re leaving VALUE ON THE TABLE.
Meanwhile, Clients are struggling with similar problems.

Clients are telling us that:
  • Their business and/or personal affairs are becoming complicated in areas where they have no expertise of their own.
  • Faced with a team of Advisors, they often don't know which one is the best to approach for a specific issue.
  • Advisors from different disciplines may offer them conflicting recommendations.
  • Advisors usually leave the final decision to Clients, who don't necessarily have the expertise or time to make informed decisions.
  • Clients wish there was an easy way to create communication with and between all their Advisors.
  • The current situation leaves Clients feeling AT RISK.
Addressing both Dilemmas
  • The Advice Integrator was designed to address all these challenges, on both sides of the Advisor-Client relationship.
  • It helps Advisors to add value to their current client relationships, without sacrificing their core business activities.
  • This enhanced ability to serve Clients may generate more referral business.
  • Clients can leverage the expertise of their Advisor relationships for more effective decisions.
  • Clients will experience more peace of mind and will feel less at risk.

After the Advice Integrator:
  • The Client's full expert team is engaged.
  • A solid decision-making platform is created.
  • The result: better decisions
